i already found the chest contain wheelhouse key on the ship but when i open it, the key gone seems like glitching. Anyone can help me?

Do you maybe have a separate save that is from a little earlier on?

I haven't played the game again in a long time, I couldn't find anything about a glitched chest but the walkthroughs says that after the puzzle following the Heihachi bossfight. "After using the POWER JEWEL head back down onto the ship and then through
the only door here. Head to the top of the stairs here to find the GENMA
NOTICE and then open the chest here containing the MAP: WESTERN SHIP.

Head down the stairs and you will find a locked door so go to the picture
of Guildenstern and discover that you can slash it apart to reveal a chest
containing a Gadgemallo which will give you the WHEELHOUSE KEY upon its
death."

Dunno if this helps but it seems to be a an item drop.

i know it but when i open that chest no item show up just like empty chest bro

I played the PC version. Never tried emulating it yet. sorry I couldn't help.
