I didn't know that Juuouki/Altered Beast had a sequel (unofficially speaking) after a long time ago and thanks for sharing this video friend .

I never played that game as a kid for some reason I avoided it. So my only gameplay memory is bum rushing through the arcade version on emulation years later lol.
Also I preferred Metamorphic Force also by Konami (arcade)

As far as actual official sequels, I'm sure you know of the PS2 title but I guess thats more of a remake actually.

It looks like the file type is a "bin", so most likely it'll play on a Sega Genesis emulator.
