You both have my full permission to write my birthday down in a little notebook and keep it if you happen to be online and look at the bottom of the website sometime within the next year.
Birthday plus personal info you may have accidentally said on the forum could be used to dox you. If you use the same username on a different site it becomes even easier. You might think it's not a big deal and it's probably not but I've seen things like that come back and bite people. There's a lot of people on the internet with too much time on their hands and ill intentions. I think adding your real birthday to a site like this is poor opsec period.
