The character that's my profile GIF, Kohane Hatoya from the Anima Yell! anime/manga is a pretty cheerful girl, (mainly since she wants to join the "chair" club, but she means cheer club to do cheerleading) and I would say if you like female anime characters and ones with unnatural hair colors then it's a plus.
