Using a program called IconLab (in a borrowed Windows XP laptop, the owner never reclaimed his Laptop and... I'm still waiting -_-;/ ).

An update:

The first nine (check above again?), now has a cleaner picture on display, besides,
the .rar files, are renovated. Now it has three files each:
.ico, gridless and (with) grid images.
This is applied with the new ones, today.
