Since the spooky month is finally upon us I thought I'd celebrate by posting a different holiday appropriate game (i.e. horror games/games with horror related elements) every day this month. So check back every day to see what the spooky game of the day is.

As a kid I was too scared of this game to play it lmao

I eventually did beat it when I bought it on PS3 for cheap. Its bloody brilliant.

Delightfully devilish idea!

Medievil was so good. I only grew up with the sequel, but I never beat it until 2024, when I played through them both back to back. It's easy to see why they're so beloved (the first especially).

Also, they're excruciatingly British, so ofc they're gonna rock.

Only quickly tried the PS4 remake demo but never the og. Only saw it played when I was a kid but I hardly remember much. The only game that come close to Medievil that I beat was Pumpkin Jack on Steam.

Costume Quest 1 and 2, Grabbed by the Ghoulies, Pumpkin Jack, the Luigi Mansion games, and The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge are some good choices. Also Bully since it has Halloween in it.

I will alway say check out Neo Geo's Nightmare in the Dark. It was never officially released. It's worth playing.
