Lol, I like IV more too.IV was better![]()
San Andreas was peakIV was better![]()
If you had asked me I would say "Saints Row 4 > GTA San Andreas > Sleeping Dogs > the rest of GTA and Saints Row games but GTA 4 and the last Saints Row reboot BS competes with each other on which is the worse" lolol.
I love Saints Row 1 and 2, however 3 and 4 didn't do much for me. 4 was a worse version of Crackdown. I still don't understand why Saints Row 2 looked so much worse than the first game. As great as it is, Saints Row 2 looks like complete ass.If you had asked me I would say "Saints Row 4 > GTA San Andreas > Sleeping Dogs > the rest of GTA and Saints Row games but GTA 4 and the last Saints Row reboot BS competes with each other on which is the worse" lolol.
I honestly disliked Saints Row until 4th game. 3rd game had a fun opening and then rest of the game is boring. But why I like 4th game is tons of things. It's like "fixed" version of 3rd + a better opening + Matrix situations and gameplay which I love Matrix (it's like the best Matrix game in existence lol) + decent humor and style + actually fun + dialogues with your homies are fun + whole story mode is fun + it even has fun DLCs. The game is just "perfect" for me taste. Even if it wasn't that good I would like the game for Matrix gameplay anyway.I love Saints Row 1 and 2, however 3 and 4 didn't do much for me. 4 was a worse version of Crackdown.
It’s ok I still love youI hate this game, if i can go back in time and tell my younger self to never play this crap. I could save 30 hours of my time.
We’re not friends anymore.
I forgive you because of the rarity gif (best pony)
GTA 5 had the advantage of being the first decent GTA with decent graphics that tons of new generation kids and new GTA players had to meet + lots of people only cared about its online mode instead, but being the only GTA game that most of people played it will make GTA 5 as the reference point people will use to judge GTA 6. People will judge GTA 6 in GTA 5 context and this judgment will be more towards the expectation of perfection if they really sell the game for $60+, so if the game fails to be decent and buggy and whatnot, any sign of "it's inferior than GTA 5" will cause huge backlash. I can already imagine people judge everything GTA 6 will have by comparing to even GTA 3, and if this difference will be more significant in negative way it will turn into hate camping to make fun of GTA 6 just like Watch Dogs 1 and CyberJunk 2077. It means Rockstar cannot risk releasing a shit GTA game just like how they did after releasing GTA San Andreas that raised the bar to heaven and lowered the expectation for a "better GTA than San Andreas" further to hell in GTA 5. If shit hits the fan at least people will expect a decent GTA Online that's not worse than what GTA 5 have.If a franchise has single entry that lasts over a decade, that's no longer a mere instalment. It's the entire brand.
GTA 6 will never live up to this legacy.
Remember when Star Wars the Phantom Menace released to universal critical acclaim, fan adoration and it make more money than God?
You might struggle to do so because a year later it was re-accessed and history erased the initial overwhelmingly positive reception.
Go look up reactions to the premier if you don't believe me, grown men left the cinema praising it as the greatest thing ever.
The same will happen with GTA 6, especially if the rumours are true and it launches for (A minimum) $100usd
It's too big to fail, But what comes next... oof
