This version has been modded to include the full voice acting from the Saturn release of the game and higher quality uncompressed 44.1khz music. Even the main protagonist is voiced. Although there are a few scenes where voice acting isn't present due to the Saturn version not having those. It was recommended to alter compatibility mode to use Windows 7 256 color, limit desktop size to 640p and play using the Japanese locale. I found all that unnecessary and the exe worked fine with no changes for me in Windows 10. In case you do need to change the locale try running it using this locale emulator. To play the game just run AI5ENG_VOICE.exe. Maybe running as Admin helps with not having any issues? The resolution can't be altered from 640p but a nice application to upscale and pretty up these kinds of situations is Lossless Scaling. Hook the game to Lossless Scaling and experiment with scaling and filter settings to your hearts content. (Use a VPN/Proxy in case that link is blocked by your network. Catbox is funky like that, but it's from my personal copy so I assure you it's safe)
