This version has been modded to include the full voice acting from the Saturn release of the game and higher quality uncompressed 44.1khz music. Even the main protagonist is voiced. Although there are a few scenes where voice acting isn't present due to the Saturn version not having those. The resolution of the game itself can't be altered from 640p but a nice application to upscale and pretty up these kinds of situations is Lossless Scaling. Hook the game to Lossless Scaling and experiment with scaling and filter settings to your hearts content. (Use a VPN/Proxy in case that link is blocked by your network. Catbox is funky like that, but it's from my personal copy so I assure you it's safe)
This uses the AI5-SDL2 cross-platform implementation of elf's AI5WIN engine. Use ai5.exe to run the game using it. It provides additional features such as window resizing, taking screenshots, keybindings, fullscreen mode, and frame rate fixes. The keybindings are:

If the game gives an error saying it's not installed apply/merge the file "required_reg_keys.reg" to your registry.
The sheer amount of content and forks in the game caused by its time travel mechanic makes playing with an easy to follow guide a good idea. I recommend this one. Alternatively, there are Walkthrough files included in the form of .png and .txt files.
