Xenon - The Limbs of Phantasmagoria (ゼノン 夢幻の肢体) is a Visual Novel video game published by C's Ware and developed by C's Ware released on December 9th, 1994 for the PC-98.

Kōji, a Japanese high school student, experiences strange, recurrent life-like dreams. He finds himself in a space station inhabited by beautiful young women. As he tries to explore the dream realm he wakes up. His teacher, intrigued by his account of the bizarre adventure, urges him to travel back to the space station in his dream and report his discoveries to her. Eventually Kōji realizes that his dream and reality are tightly connected, and finds himself compelled to avert a grave danger.
Xenon is an erotic sci-fi visual novel. The player takes control of Kōji by occasionally making decisions, most involving choosing a location to travel to. The entire game is confined to the space station of Kōji's dream and the high school building of reality. Depending on the player's decisions the story may branch into different directions, creating alternate versions of Kōji's dream.

I highly recommend the emulator Neko Project 21/W for playing on Windows. It's the most feature complete emulator for the NEC PC-9801 and is in active development receiving frequent updates. Use this guide for help on how to obtain and configure the emulator.
It can also play fine using the Neko Project II Kai core in RetroArch. Just make sure you have all the PC-98 bios files in the System folder. (C:\RetroArch-Win64\system if using default install location on Windows) I shared them in this comment.
This game primarily uses the arrow keys and enter/space and the mouse since it's just basic visual novel controls. To capture the mouse in NP21W press F12.
I wanted to add more screenshots, like ones showing the dialogue and backdrop/character portraits, but it's been limited to 20 screenshots max (which was probably implemented because of me wanting to have 30+ screenshots lol) So instead you'll just get to see the best of the sexy ones I could pick.
