Added FM-Towns version in English with flac audio (first file).
Added FM-Towns in German and Spanish (See description for size differences).
Added DOS European variations.
Added original Lo-Res version.
Thanks!
There's just a little typo in the post:

DOS v2 [Lo-res] (Original release) -> should be v1.

Thanks but I'm still confused, is it an engine, an emulator, or a video game system? 🤔
This gives me Pico-8 vibes.
most people just call it an mulator and view it as such. but the faq will tell you that it is not emulating anything. It is a recreation of game engines ported to whatever system you are running on. So, ScummVM on (lets say) Vita, is a port of all of the 'game engines' to Vita...

A collection of recreated engines that make use of the original art assets

Script Creation Utility for Maniac Mansion was the tool LucasArts used for Monkey Island, Indiana Jones etc. ScummVM is a virtual machine to run these games on other systems. More game engines were added over time and it now supports hundreds of games (Broken Sword, Sierra, Discworld etc.)

The DOS version is fun and it's good to have it for preservation purposes, but the FM Towns version is the definitive one (and it's also 100% in English.)

I wonder if this game, Dangerous Dave and The Haunted Mansion, and the other point and click adventure games that came from the DOS era can be made into a homebrew for the Game Boy Advance emulator at least, these games are very fun to play during the 1990's, it would be more convenient and accessible if these games can be played besides the SCUMMVM emulators
It would be very strange that someone would attempt that.
Scummvm works really well.

My first encounter with Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders was on a Commodore 64. Later, I played it again on my Amiga - and more recently through SCUMM. This game is just… wow! It feels so ahead of its time: new age mysteries, the face on Mars, fake news, just like today. Don’t forget your Visa codes, and have a safe flight!
