YS V (PS2) has a new english fan translation in the works!

Boy am I glad for this. If I want to become the ultimate Ys connoisseur I'll have to get around this eventually, even if the game itself isn't particularly good. Does A New Theory have a translation as well?

Yep I was just looking for this literally perfect timing.

That's great, I played the Snes translation and still have no idea what the story is about 😅

Sweet!
The SNES game was still quite enjoyable. The last section gets pretty busy, maybe a bit too much to get it all into a SNES game.

I played the SNES original and thought it was a pretty good action RPG despite the change in style. It was long ago and I don't remember a ton about it, though, so I'd play this PS2 remake for sure.

Your awesome your doing Gods work my friend... Gods work. I was just on a Ys kick and just played the Snes version.

This is GREAT news although i'd prefer to play the remake of YS IV that looks better IMHO.
