Hiii, I am Grifo XD, humm, I do not post much here and I kinda of nervous, I hope this post does not give problems to the moderation, so, I'm having the idea of creating a youtube channel, most to share some ideas, play retrogames in live and rant about stuff.

People here are very sweet, because of that I want to see your opinion on some of my rants I posted here are going to be made into video and I would like for you guys to read some of my posts and give your feedback on that, like "Yeah, I agree with your rant, but I don't know think it would make a good video", "That rant you gave about that topic is X stars, here are more resources", "Your rants are bad, do not make it", etc.

I would also appreciate some ideas both general and rants and how should I credit like "give credit to me on Y peril" or "do not need to give credit", if you know some resource I would appreciate so much.

The style of the videos is going to be simple vtuber, like the new milky mew 'model', just image with some basic movement on the eyes, I am low on budget, so I cannot hire or take commissions, as I am new to that, I would like some tips on how to the whole vtuber scenery like animate it, every tip and criticism is going to be helpful and much appreciated.

Also as I do not know about the website policies regarding media, so until notice, I am not going to talk about the website, thank you very much for reading, and thank you very much for the website for the great roms and system files.

My advice is always the same: make the content you would like to watch, and in a way that you have fun doing it. You can learn tweaks to production along the way, or maybe you decide you like it very no-frills and that's okay too. Don't worry about being the next [popular YT person], but the first you, and you'll have a decent time. Good luck!

Yes, the idea would be to show different ideas, to be honest, I do not want to do it professionally, of course I would still try to do my best and do a good job, but I don't want to sacrifice honesty and sincerity into internet clout, like, fake emotions, faking friendship, etc. like, I know a lot of people with 100k to more, and they do what they want to do as content without sacrificing monetization, I think this is the ideal, I posted this more to get some ideas and a beta review of the videos as some of the rants done here by part would be elaborated into long format, but still, thank you for your advice

But I'd also add; don't be afraid to play a character to some degree, especially if you have a vtuber avatar.
For some people, it's WAY easier being yourself and comfortable if you're able to play loose and exaggerate yourself a bit.
It's not for everyone though, but since you're gonna be performing to some degree, it's worth trying it out.

But just like bjork says, do stuff you genuinely enjoy and have fun with it!

But I'd also add; don't be afraid to play a character to some degree, especially if you have a vtuber avatar.
For some people, it's WAY easier being yourself and comfortable if you're able to play loose and exaggerate yourself a bit.
It's not for everyone though, but since you're gonna be performing to some degree, it's worth trying it out.

Yeah, totally, I think if I am going to do a character, it's only going to be like a more exaggerated and limit scope of myself in video, like, I am an adult, I have my own views on topics like politics, religion, society, etc. but in the same manner as kids don't care about their favorite authors views on that matter, I am not going to show it, well of course, as I am playing a character some features are going to be exaggerated, but I don't want to fake them, like laughing loudly at a joke I do not like or cry in a scene, I do not find sad, thank you

Yeah that's the right way to go at it. Be real, even if you exaggerate parts of it.

First of all, do whatever you want to do, you have the freedom of choice.

Though, I want to mention, that it probably is in everyones best interest to keep this place out of public eyes as much as possible, especially the roms part. With the way certain companies start witch hunts on sites like these, it's best to be mindful and not tell everyone and their grandmother.
RGT is a very special place, at least to me, offering a safe way for an extensive choice of retro games and hacks, which is very rare these days, having a great community surrounding it. It would be a shame if this site got nuked too.

With that said, I wish you good luck for the future and hope you stay discreet about these matters.

I agree totally, also, I would like to point out trolls and mean spirited people who go to forums just to do bad things, I would not like it to promote this website to make it a target of both and as you said this is special
