Yo dudes whats the literal worst game u played in ur entire life (everything but not mobile games)

Lunar: Dragon Song - Fuck Ubisoft in every hole with fireplace pokers, preferably red-hot. If not, then we can use loaded howitzers.
Since when does Ubisoft make Japanese RPGs? They just published Lunar DS in America, the game was made by a developer named Japan Art Media with a track record of making bad RPGs (the Aretha series).

While I guess not technically a game, young me hated it. Old me is just confused.

as a child

- batman forever -

nfl quarterback club 98
xena 64
dr. jekyll mr hyde,
spider man xmen Arcade's Revenge

as a side note while not the worst games I have played, as an adult I personally disdain "extremely light" rpg simulation games like animal crossing, stardew valley, harvest moon, that disney princess game etc. as well as just about all and every "GAAS" (game as a service) game and loathe games that encourage adults as well as children to be subliminally subjected to gambling

Fairly OddParents: Breakin Da Rules put some perspective and taught me what a real stinker was.
I solemnly vow to never touch this game again. Eugh...
I was gonna say that too, god this game is bad, so bland so boring so uninspired, I had to push myself to finish, it's bizarre how any attempt to be funny falls flat considering the cartoon

Off of what I actually payed for, X7 is objectively the worst.

The one I had the absolute worst time playing was Nirvana Initiative. Fucking despise it with all my heart.

Probably the games that were available in the ubuntu repositories when I first installed Linux back in 2014. A lot of them were pretty shitty games and the excuse was always 'muh volunteers' and that's reasonable, but man they were shit. Like I'd be embarrassed to have my name attached to something like that.

The standard card and puzzle type games were decent enough but there were other games. Platformers and shooters and arcadey type action games and stuff. Those were the bad ones. Like just awful graphics that were worse than dos games from the 80's, super janky controls and physics, broken buggy games that just didn't even work or just the kind of barely finished game you'd make as an exercise to learn a game engine or something.

It wouldn't have been so bad if those games weren't used as examples of 'all the great games available to play on Linux' and the descriptions in the software center didn't make them sound far less shitty than they actually were. Thankfully the Linux gaming situation has improved significantly since then.

3 stick out for me. Mentioned it in another thread.
1. Superman on the NES. After playing Superman at the arcade and then seeing this.... SHIT. Super Mario type shit for a Superman game? And that damn looping "music" I can still remember that shit after all these years. If I'd get sent to hell, Satan would probably think it funny to play it loud to me for eternity. I would murder Satan for that bullshit.

2. Fatal Fury on the SNES. After seeing the arcade Neo Geo version, thought "This could be alright on an SNES, with what Capcom did porting SFII to the SNES..." HOLY SHIT were we wrong. Loading on a cartridge? Fucking loading??!!! Oh and it said "WAITING..." Bad sound effects and shitty "music". Put Joe and Micheal Max against one another. Joe throwing a hurricane upper goes "HAH!" Micheal Max throwing one goes "YO!" So you'd hear: HAH! YO! HAH! YO! WTF!!! God that game was such shit. I couldn't ever accept Takara doing the other Neo ports they did.

3. Pit Fighter on the SNES. Pit Fighter at the arcade gets ripped nowadays, but everyone back then; most people played it. It was slim pickings before SFII came out. Especially when most arcades didn't care to have big varities of games.
The Genesis version, people are small, and 2 players instead of three. Gameplay like the arcade, kinda. Lets see what the SNES is gonna do. Bad everything, no lifebars, numbers. Seriously, bad everything. I mean, it wouldn't have taken a low bar to get decent port of a bad game, but these fuckers were like lets make it even worse.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted... for the DS.

Picture the jankiest, slowest and more dragged out racing game possible, it's that but 10x worse. At least it's not grindy, but it's boring, and by the end it gets insanely hard for no reason, it is also ugly, it looks worse than the other NFS games on the DS and it plays worse too, genuinely the worst thing I have ever played and I FINISHED IT, it was not worth it.

I absolutely hate this game called "touching grass". Everyone keeps telling me to play it, but I cannot stand 10 seconds of it. The game is just filled with biting red ants and dog poops and I hate every second of it. Weird part is, everyone else says it is serene and reflective, but all it gives me are bites and smells. Something wrong and fishy about the marketing of this game tbh. UWU

Nothing’s ever beating Em8er for that category
(Yandere Simulator doesn’t count as it’s still a demo)

OK, for a non common denominator answer:
