No it didn't. You mounted the iso, probably by double clicking it. There's no reason to do that. The method I gave you earlier should still work but it's easier to just go 'start file' and point pcsx2 to the iso that you downloaded.tbh i did just download it from the repo

tbh i did just download it from the repoYou're using a real disc instead of an iso? If so then click on the 'start disc' button in the menu at the top and then choose your DVD drive letter (E:\)

It's great that most emulators are as compatible and straightforward as they are now. I remember Pcsx2 circa 2008 and that thing was downright arcane with all the settings you had to mess with and even after you jumped through all the hoops the game would still probably not work, have severe graphical glitches or run at 3 fps. I'm so glad we are where we are now.Reminds me of figuring out ePSXe back in 2000....
