Wrost fps you get in a emulator or game.

Hello! How are you?
have you play a game with good or bad system and get fps like 3? Yep really 3! Let me say some example.
I play vitra on my core I5 for 3ds game Luigi's mansion 2 and whole game is between 2 to 13 fps!
Or I play resident evil Wii and my goodness this one is 5!
I wonder if others have same problem.
As always:
I happy to do business.
Lmao you get 3?

Try one frame… per minute. That’s the worst one I ever used. It was, I think, an SNES emulator I was trying to use on a Windows XP computer. Something truly horrible went wrong there and it was absolutely my own fault as a small child. I had bad emulation experiences for YEARS because I was a kid and didn’t do my research very well on how to get games to run.

I played Chrono Cross back in the day at like 12 fps on epsxe. It was pretty unbearable and I ended up not finishing it. FF7 and FF9 were definitely somewhere below 30fps when I played them as well. When I emulated Blasphemous 2 on my phone I was getting between 24-28 fps and that was actually almost more frustrating than a steady low framerate because it was almost normal but not quite and everything felt just a little bit sluggish and the timing for everything was just a bit off. Lowest I've ever seen is sub 1fps but at that point I just consider the game not working at all.

Well did you play a bit of games with that FPS? In fact I sometime reach 0 FPS! It completely stop and move even slower than before!

I actually play Luigi's Mansion 2,3 first mission with that FPS!

So, this was years ago, but it was Yoshi’s Island.
As you might guess, the emulator struggled heavily with the Super FX enhanced visuals, as it wasn’t built with that chip in mind. Things would not display properly, and would chug to the levels described.
I remember getting as far as the first castle somehow, before calling it quits. The game was not that fun to play when you couldn’t be precise with your movements.

Random drops on GT4 running on PCSX2, they can be mitigated by lowering the xInternal Rendering tho.
I can run even some heavy games from Vita and others from PS2 like GoW2 without problem even in HD, but Seattle or the guided laps from driving licenses on GT4? my PC goes "Nah fam, can't do it"

I never really understand what he means
You know in fact sometime my text replacer make it wrong.(*POV : me searching for my old shovel and axe for some reasons.....)
What 12, 24 or 1?
I use citra emulator to play Luigi's mansion dark moon on 3ds with my laptop. For some reason it give me 13 fps all the time!even in menu. Even without quick save I somehow manage to finish 3 first quest. I mean that.

Yeah it's definitely doable playing a game like that. It's not really very much fun. Something like Luigi's mansion would be a lot more annoying than a turn based rpg though. But, I guess it doesn't have a lot of precision timed stuff in it. I wouldn't bother playing anything with that low of a frame rate myself. I was going to try emulating Aeterna Noctis but it was only getting like 15fps and it was like playing the game in molasses.

I thought fps will fix after a while (this happend for some games) but it didn't work.
