Hello! How are you?
have you play a game with good or bad system and get fps like 3? Yep really 3! Let me say some example.
I play vitra on my core I5 for 3ds game Luigi's mansion 2 and whole game is between 2 to 13 fps!
Or I play resident evil Wii and my goodness this one is 5!
I wonder if others have same problem.
As always:
I happy to do business.

Smash Brawl Online. Idk if that counts though. The frames go in the single digits 95% of the time!

The lowest I've ever got was 2 frames when I tried to play Persona 4 on a ps2 emulator, where I've got to the Burning Beetle enemies and they lagged the game everytime they were on screen.

I played through Mizzurna Falls for PS1 that works in 15 fps because of that "open world" mechanic. But the worst part is that sometimes it jumped to 30 fps and ran too fast while occasionally it would dip to 7 fps in graphically intense places, so that inconsistency made it really noticable.

as of my current computer, cyberpunk dropped to 5fps
that games horribly unoptimized, i can play Forza 4 at 60fps, all the halo collection 60fps, and GTA5 60fps for comparison.

Self explanatory

in speed if you want to play any xbox 360 game. Try to find an NASA pc! Xenia is on of unnecessary heavy emulator!
Speed maybe good at menu but it will be come down to 10% in main play!

Okay I've tried both VBA and mGBA emulator and nope, the FPS is still pretty bad

Well now let's talk about graphics. Change your display resolution to a low like 800×600. I think game itself was a bit slow. What is your speed number in VBA? If isn't do the job trigger the speed. Use space in VBA will raise your speed.

Nah I'm good, I've tried some of that already but thanks for the suggestion

My favorite isn't game itself. You can turn of music, sound effect and other sound in option. It let me get a lot of things.
I think you can play a lot of gba games on VBA with no problem. Don't even try yushi story. it's need to move your gba which become impossible on pc.

In the case of something like Yoshi's Topsy-Turvy (called Universal Gravitation in other regions) that required tilt controls on GBA, they should have no-tilt patches available online.

emulators really do NOT like Champions of Norrath or Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance for the ps2. it's possible to get decent frames but it's not a simple task, or consistent. there's often a lot of visual glitches as well. it's a shame, because the games are pretty good.

In fact some emulators like dolphin fix bugs and glitches. Cheat codes aren't what I like to use on games but some games like harvest moon freak me out and after a while I use the cheat code for them.
