Wolverine: Adamantium rage on the SNES is actually unplayable, it's my vote for worst SNES game.
I'm seconding Pit Fighter, that thing should be considered a crime and is a really close second after Adamantium Rage.
Rise of the Robots also holds dual title potential for worst fighting game as well as worst SNES game.

My best friend in school got scammed into trading his copy of Secret of Mana for Rise of the Robots with the school loudmouth. When I learned about it in class later that day, I followed the loudmouth off-campus, jumped him, beat the living crap out of him, and got my friends' game back for him. Never got in trouble for it either - dope never saw me.
