All of them
Mmmmh.... Kirby? Donkey Kong? Metroid?I'm not aware of any popular game that doesn't have a terrible fanbase.
Nintendo fans are generally terrible, yes, and I say that as someone who likes the characters you listed. I don't meet too many people that are just fans of Kirby or just fans of DK; they have an attachment to the company itself. As for Metroid, the worst of that fandom tends to come out when they're arguing about which games suck the most, especially if someone admits to liking Other M.Mmmmh.... Kirby? Donkey Kong? Metroid?
Unless they couldn't qualify as popular games.
Yeah, I really like the Final Fantasy VII Remakes, but I'm fully aware that they are, at their core, a semi-faithful reimagining with the twist that Cloud is a precog. Part of the appeal of playing the Remakes and then going back and playing the original game and vice versa is seeing what differences there are and how things were approached in both titles. It shouldn't be defended, it should be compared and contrasted to see which one the person prefers.FF7 EU fans. Not saying that hatred is the only sensible position to have in regards to the... "creative liberties" taken with the original game's plot. However, I find defense of these changes to be either brain dead or made in bad faith.
i have my own reasons to hate on the remake & rebirth but as i stated before in a previous post If you like em' that's A-ok too.FF7 EU fans. No, please go on. FF7 remake is a train wreck that never fails to entertain me.i have my own reasons to hate on the remake & rebirth but as i stated before in a previous post If you like em' that's A-ok too.
I was just about to go on a rant as to why in detail but no.... best to leave it as a memory flowing into the lifestream lol

Interestingly enough I do like the game itself. The plot and its story are complete trash, but the gameplay, which is the most important thing of any game is really good. Haven't tried the "sequel" yet, but the Yuffie DLC for the first one showed an improvement in the systems. So, at least it's a fun game to play. Doesn't excuse the fact that there's nothing worth experiencing between the gameplay, though.You... REALLY don't like these games, don't you?
EDIT: Look, it's fine if you don't. I think we should keep our opinions to ourselves here.
