Two of the stupidest anime ever.

there was one i saw about a bad guy who wanted to grant everyone wishes so everyone on earth could live out their perfect lives in a fantasy world and idk it was so convoluted and childish i even forgot the name of it but the whole thing just felt really stupid, also fullmetal alchemist is the most boring manga ive ever read in my whole life

The worstttttt manga by I've read by far was the Zero no Tsukaima one (it came after the anime) and the worst anime was some ecchi Yuri thing that had like 3 minute episodes

I haven't watched that many bad animes, but Gundam Wing stands out for having some particularly absurd storylines. A bunch of teenage Gundam pilots attempting to commit suicide every other episode and failing.

.hack//sign low budget anime disguised as something more, but ultimately it was a practice in cost saving measure. The whole things can cure insomnia, and has 0 stakes, and is nonsensical at times.
I remember watching it back in the day, and recently replayed the games, thinking. "why didn't i ever finish the anime? "

Famous last words, after i brought a DVD box set off ebay for $45, i now realized why, it is terrible!

The worst one I've probably seen is Kemono Michi. I actually like the basic idea, a wrestler gets transported to another world, he doesn't like people and the first thing he does is suplex the princess. He then goes off to live his dream of taking care of animals and monsters and maybe(?) finding them a home, could be wrong about that because I don't remember him ever doing it. Anything that didn't involve his character was genuinely boring and unenjoyable.

Pupa is still the top of the top. Worst adaptation and worst thing the Lord placed on this Earth. If God gave us a trial to test our selves and delivered this as a divine challenge. Im going straight to hell. Worst then Chinese anime back when they made pure garbage that even VN animations can rival in quality.
Ex-Arm might be the worst in recent memory for more newcomers but before that we had Berserk 2016 and before that was Pupa.
Another one is Uzumaki but thats more sad.
For manga the most disappointing is JoJolion what were they thinking?

If you really want to know this video explains it pretty well.
The tl;dr is the director only had experience with live action, they used raw mo-cap for action, animation was done by an environmental artist studio, lots of inexperienced crew.

Midouri. I liked the five minutes after she leaves the circus cuz it really delves into feeling like a nightmare, but the rest is just unpleasant bullshit with nothing that interesting to make up for it. I heard Maruo animated the whole thing himself, so at least there was undeniable effort put into it and I commend him for that, but the movie's just ugh. There's definitely worse stuff out there like the corpulant amount of nasty pedo shit. Someone on Twitter posted a clip of what looked like a ten year old growing giant tits that were twice as big as her, and rubbing it in some guy's face, and I know it wasn't porn cuz the animation was way too high quality. That fucking garbage would definitely be my pick, but I don't watch shit that I don't want to watch.
