Wasn't able to convert this to .chd without renaming the file and editing the .cue to the new file name , couldn't see anything obviously wrong in the .cue so not sure what the issue was.

Interesting, chdman worked just fine for me right out of the box

Remember seeing this covered on a Youtube channel like 10 years ago deep into obscure Japanese PS1 games, and it looked really fun. Seemd a bit like Twinsen or at least that's what I thought.
