I had the same thing with bee's and hornets. I got stung once, and I would freeze in fear if I see one buzzing around me, I even would get scared of walking on grass when I was 8. It wasn't until I was 13 that my friends father took us to a bee farm and found out that bees arent so bad after all.

I understand this. I got stung by some bee when I was a little girl and it burned like a bee-itch. It left me terrified of bees for years but for some reason I got over it and find bees to be absolutely adorable.
