even though we are seeing the beginning of og xbox emulation on Android but it took to long to achieve it

As I remember, it kind of went into limbo in the mid-2000s and was only really picked back up around 2017/18. The PS1 and PS2 emulators had nearly two decades of work and improvements over it.... and the original Xbox has highly customized, deep, low-level code, making it harder to emulate

Doesn't the Dreamcast and Xbox run windows CE? Wouldn't that make them easier to emulate theoretically?

No, Instead of being part of the console's main software, Windows CE was built right into some game discs. When you played one of those games, the console would load CE and the needed API's to run that specific game.

So I imagine that kinda backfires on top of it. I was already aware of the fact that Dreamcast emulation is way better than Xbox but I thought that would also have an impact on Dreamcast emulation. This is why I've never tried xemu. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate what the devs are doing but I don't think it's well polished enough like say pcx2 or the dolphin emulator

Again, I'm not 100% sure how it loads what in what order...
I just know that much about it. How it works on a technical level, you've got me

that's easy to answer, emulate a Xbox is the same thing as a PC with the plus that everything is loaded on Kernel mode and very linked to Xbox's hardware(especially NV2A)

that's why it's impossible to load Xbox games natively unlike Xbox One games(XWine1)
