However they prefer not to and they only ask donation.

From legal POV earning money from piracy makes things really serious. Piracy is already a crime but if you don't make money from it you are only legally force to pay up how much you make the company lose, but if you earn money from it you also forced to pay back how much money you earned. It's also a crime to make money from illegal activities. And then the another topic is taxes. In so many countries you gotta pay tax depending on your income. And your income is done by illegal activity causes too much problem for you so it is not smart to make money from illegal activities and you use a plain bank account for it unless you live in a wild west country.

In the end when it comes to piracy companies and countries directly pritorize striking the websites makes money from piracy TBH. Donation is still legally bad yet it's not that severe thing compared to what you ask.

And when it comes to international climate regarding piracy things become "political". In short countries doesn't like other countries becaming a tool for piracy and they ask cooperation between countries to end piracy. Imagine you make your country piracy free but it doesn't matter when country B doesn't care you having economical issues due to piracy they allow. This internationally causes problems and that is why countries can cooperate to hunt down and shut down pirates and that's is partly why Nintendo can make some Italian pirate go to jail. We ain't living in middle ages anymore. Don't think "my legal system wouldn't care if I make some video game company lose sell" or some shit, when it comes to international topic your country easy to sell your ass and jail you just to protect international affairs. Considering how one country's economy can fuck up the whole world's economy whole world try to make other countries "play along" for whatever is good globaly, that's why one international goal whole world try to prevent is piracy and people making money from illegal activities so people will live their life decently for whatever is good for their country and thus they won't cause international problems.

And new generation kids have a "reflex" to turn anything into money-making BS. Back then pirated content, fan patches and mods were free because if you wanna make money you would find a real job, now these kids turns these and anything else a paid content expecting to sit on their ass all their life making money from BS. And then when they become an adult they will turn the whole world into some kind of "advertizement hell". You will enter their home and will be bombarded with visual and auditory advertizements "dude wanna drink bear?" and *boom* a voice screaming "Have a fresh Rowdy Beer just for $299!!!", they will even put sticker ads on their forehead or something to make money lolol.

I can even imagine futuristic relationship problems now:

Naturally kids growing up crawling in da stupid education system and wonders "why I have to suffer all these, get good grades, get a diploma above 3.5 GPA from a university in the top 3 and grind for 5 years experience even before I graduate and all just to even have a shot at job market by decorating my shelf with awards and shit before the age 22 and until 25 I should grind for career and family to not be choked down in my society to have a good respectable life? (Meh who am I kidding? These kids expect they will find a job no matter what as if their shitty diploma from shitty university no matter their GPA is 2 and they didn't do shit about the field they target will be like a golden ticket to find job at Microsoft or some shit after they start job hunting at the age 40 or something and until then they rot in their mamma's dungeon eating mom's spaghetti all day lol). "Why I should do these when it's easier to eat tons of beans, superglue my ass so I cannot shit while I twerking so people watch me and spam donations on Youtube?" so smartz lol.

They don't think about how the world rolls. I ain't a life coach but I can say there are tons of legal ways to make money without social media shit. They are mostly good old investments and stock stuff but not everyone can do it when it is easier to twerk half naked. For example recent wars in the world is good for me to make tons of money by selling gold and stuff. I also sell lands too. You just need to grind for capital and after you have enough money you go all out in any aspects of life that makes money and you can do these without social media existence. Relatively they are way more guarantee than trying to make money from makeup and let's play videos that you subtly undress and scream like a monkey to be funny lol. Instead of dragging your ass on the floor for such social media BS you will spend less time, energy and sanity by finding whatever legal job because you will earn way more than these shit.
