Yeah I saw that, I meant what event transpired for this to happen. I've noticed a lot of people are leaving the forums lately with explanations like trolls and stuff.

I have yet to see any trolls, but i only interact with the regulars.

Maybe a restructuring of the General section with more clearly defined/enforced rules could work. I get this is probably a headache for Spike and mods right now but I just felt like lifting the suggestion I suppose.

It’s a shame even innocuous fun video game related generals disappear, like Pixel Trivia and similar activities.

Seriously though, if you have a serious announcement to make and it's April 1st it's just customary to wait at least one day. Unless it's a really serious thing that can't wait. So if someone happens to drop some really serious stuff and it's April 1st it's 99.9% an April Fools joke imho.

Im not sure but this whole debacle started cuz a thread called happy trans day or smth.

That thread was said to be flooded with trolls so it may as well have caused this , now it would have been better to avoid posting such clear statemnts that relate to politics some of us dont agree with , some will just ignore it if they don't agree , others and trolls would find it perfect for starting trouble.

Idk i just find this explantion to make sense
