Why are psp harry potter games 20fps?

I remember in project 64 version 1.4 some games have some sort of problems which fix in newer version 2 which have less problem.
I thought version can be effective.
Oh and I think maybe update your phone is effective too. Also try software which improve your graphic and optimizer too.
At least you get 20 FPS..........

I don't even know my FPS in some Emulators but it must be lower than 20 FPS....
