You can probably hack her playable. You can probably do the same thing with Harry or even Pankraz, since they’re bound to exist in the database.

Unless they somehow share the same IDs.

I don’t think you can marry her since that content likely doesn’t exist at all.

No problem, actually. That's the idea, at least Bella/Honey is allowed to be a playable character for the rest of the game.
