Well I think I stopped watching American wrestling stuff when people changed a lot or something. But then my life changed too so I was away from TVs for a long time too.

The problem with the new generation is that they are not as good as the older ones you didn't miss anything .

Yeah, the previous generation was much better than the current one.

Hmmm, well, my REAL favorites are all from 80s and 90s, when it still was WWF: from Hulk Hogan to Macho Man, from Undertaker to Ultimate Warrior, from André the Giant to Ric Flair, from Jimmy Snuka to British Bulldog, etc, etc (i.e. all those who made the history)
About the current ones, I could say Randy Orton, Sami Zayn, L.A. Knight, Jay Uso, Lyra Valkyria, Michin, Stephanie Vaquer, Otis, Axiom, and few others...

Pretty much all of my favorite wrestlers are from before my time tbh, like Stone Cold, Kurt Angle, The Rock, The Undertaker and Eddie Guerrero.
I don't watch modern WWE anymore (nor do I ever plan on watching that corporate garbage ever again), but I hope the best for guys like LA Knight and Bron Breakker, those 2 are probably my favorite modern WWE wrestlers from what I have seen.
Also, for AEW, Christian Cage is pretty cool. Nice to see him still doing good stuff.

My preferences tend to skew towards good technical wrestlers and cruiserweights/high flyers. Not particularly fond of wrestlers who're solely "just big dudes" who're just looks and no psychology
