i wanted to play the most recent digimon game but unfortunately it costs 300 BRL, and i played a little of digimon world but after playing a little of this game and watching a video about how it works I realized that this game is not the best to start with as a new player, is there other digimon games that are the best to start with or its just time stranger?

It's best to start with the Playstation 1 versions they are good.

I asked a similar question a little while ago.
TLDR I decided to start with Cyber Sleuth.

I +1 for Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth games. I don't care about digimon and no other digimon game ever interested me but to pass time or something they are good games I guess and good games to channel your hype for the new game you can't play for now. But since I like detective stuff and cyberpunk elements the series was ok for me.

Oh an there is this game that seem like Animal Crossing + Pokemon:

I remember played it a little on one of my friends' PSP back then but I was not interested but it may interest you.

I liked Digimon World Next Order, It's a REALLY long and steep learning curve at first, but slips into being a really fun raising exploring game with lots to play around with, gameplay wise it's kinda a modern take on Digimon World 1, May not be an easy to get into starting point though.

Cyber Sleuth and Time Stranger are probably the most accessible games for someone that isn't really into Digimon for sure

For my money though the most interesting game in the franchise is the original Digimon World, with its direct sequel Digimon World Next Order also being interesting for similar reasons, but not quite having the same weird charm to me. They might seem hard to start with, but that's mostly because they're such unique titles, but they're the most Digimon of all the Digimon games. The idea is they're a fusion of the original Virtual Pet toys and an RPG. The visual design is absolutely on point and my favorite in the entirety of Digimon, and the fundamental gameplay loop is oddly cyclical. You train your Digimon up until it's powerful enough to clear the next area, and then you quickly race around File Island trying to clear as many objectives as possible and power up the town until your Digimon expires and respawns as a baby, at which point you repeat the cycle using your upgraded town to make it even stronger than the last time. It's a weird, wonderful, and unique game with a lot of flaws, but it's an experience you'll never forget.

Digimon world 3 is a nice RPG .
The 3D-graphics are a bit crusty but the the sprite-work and the gameplay is awesome . Maybe grindy ( didnt played it for a long time ) but still awesome and its something like a prequel to the Cybersleuth games .

Its on Ps1 .

If you want have same experience as the Story Series go with DS and world 2 coz its JRPG with 3 Party setting while World 3 is JRPG 1v1 with supringsly good TCG mini game, if you want raising monster go with World 1, Re Digitize and fan games Digital Tamers Reborn (you can get it from itch), Personally go with Re Digitize for PSP and Tamers Reborn, if you want pvp go with Rumble Arena 2 for PS2 or GameCube as the fan games still not yet complete the one base from Rumble Arena 1 ( I kind a hoping we got Smash clone instead like Rumble 2), for TCG go with PS1 game, if you want Diablo 1 clone go with World 4.

i dont even like Digimon or any kind of mon
but Digimon World 3 was really good!

But the DS was released way after the PS1.
Digimon World 3 is part of the Digimon World subseries everywhere. It is Digimon World 3 in both the US and Japan and Digimon World 2003 in Europe.

Digimon World DS is called Digimon Story in Japan, but was retitled to Digimon World DS when brought outside of Japan. It's officially the first game in the Digimon Story subseries. Same with Dawn and Dusk which are also Digimon Story games.

It really depends on what you wanna get out of a Digimon game tbh. Any game in the story series is a turn based rpg with creature collecting as the focus. It's probably the closest Digimon has come to Pokemon in terms of what they do. People usually recommend Cyber Sleuth because it's easy to pick up and familiarize yourself with Digimon. It's also when the story series of games kinda hit their stride in being solid RPGs.

Buuuut if you're more into monster raising the Digimon World games really deliver. The first game is incredibly cryptic and punishing (borderline cruel imo) but you're essentially making a little town while raising a little guy. If you play this one definitely use some kind of guide to relieve the frustration. There's nothing quite like it and I do recommend at least trying it for that. I genuinely feel more attached to my Chronomon that needs to eat every 2 seconds than any Pokemon I have ever played with. World 2 is a dungeon crawler/mystery dungeon game. And World 3 is by far the most accessible and "normal" of the original 3 being a turn based RPG. 3 actually explains things to you, too. I haven't touched 4 in my life but it's allegedly an action rpg Diablo style.

There are also a few outlier games where they just try Whatever. Digimon Survive is a visual novel with tactical RPG sections. Digimon Adventure for the psp is a videogame rpg retelling of the anime. And there are a handful of wonderswan games I can't really say anything about because they're untranslated. Oh and there are some fighting and racing games.

If you're unable to decide, they're all fun games to turn on and look at. Downloading some roms and seeing which one you vibe with most is definitely part of the appeal of exploring Digimon.

Edit: I skipped over you saying you tried World 1 whoops. This video gave me a much much better understanding of what's going on and gave a bunch of resources to actually play the game. Maybe you'll try it again with a little help 😄 It's genuinely a delight to play even with the frustrations.
