Go on AliExpress and buy from sellers with a lot of sales. You can get really cute figures for $8-$20 that are decent quality. I'll send some pics of my figures when I get home from work tonight.

They're good enough for casual decoration in my experience if you want cute weeb collectables that won't wipe out your bank account.
They're mass produced Chinese clones, so the quality is lower than the legit figures, but they're good enough.
