Which user would you go on a date with?

Yeah, that's the main gripe I have with dating apps, I genuinely want a serious relationship, but putting ourselves as a product is not the way, how could I and whoever is behind the other screen understand each other just from profile alone? People don't normally check nutritional value on a cartoon of milk when they go to the market, I don't expect them to check on mine either on site like that.

I don't see much luck IRL either, it's getting harder to approach anyone and not being called a creep these days.

It's a catch 22. People prefer these apps because it's a designated space for finding a date, and people are a lot more protective of their personal space nowadays. But those dating apps are rigged to dangle a chance at love in front of your face without letting you get it, since actually getting you a bf/gf loses them money. Plus, any app that DOES do it's job at bringing people together get's bought up by the same company that owns Tinder.

Actually... I have to say, there is people outside, whom, no matter who you are, is accepting you.
Things have changed during these last and half decade, as far I have walked in some parts of the world.

I believe, you will find someone, who can share same interest, feelings and ideas, so to speak, don't feel discouraged, Prism_Red.
Love can hurt, however, something I learned, during my life, if you have something in common with someone, no matter who is the person, meanwhile you can enjoy from a true friendship...
To something else.
The main core is, there is someone, for everyone and time can heal any injury.
