I know you're being mostly humorous but I'll be sentimental about it anyway because that's what happen when I drinking while browsing RGT

I can, in theory, make myself look interesting, the problem is that dating apps make me feel like a product.

I want to take it slow, I want to feel celebrated and I want to celebrate others. Taking the effort to present yourself well and plan things is healthy, but I also want to be allowed to just "be" instead of being desperate to overcompensate. In contrast there are people that are like "I want it exactly like THIS I want it NOW" and think it's socially unacceptable for anyone to not fulfill their wishes immediately.

It doesn't help the fact that I'm not looking for serious committed relationships but I'm not looking for superficial hookups either.

Yeah, that's the main gripe I have with dating apps, I genuinely want a serious relationship, but putting ourselves as a product is not the way, how could I and whoever is behind the other screen understand each other just from profile alone? People don't normally check nutritional value on a cartoon of milk when they go to the market, I don't expect them to check on mine either on site like that.

I don't see much luck IRL either, it's getting harder to approach anyone and not being called a creep these days.
