Which user would you go on a date with?

And for completeness sake, there is indeed a heart to the matter:

Why is it always meat!? Why does my appetite always turn for the worse when browsing for dating advice!?

Or maybe you are the crazy, twisted fire that is needed to stoke this place back to life. Everything goes as planned... hmhmhm.

Is conversation about meat keeping you lot awake? Go to sleep! /j

I've always been a night-owl. I've volunteered for graveyard shift at nearly every job I've worked. My current sleep schedule is actually an improvement.

I just procrastinate heavily when I should be going to bed on a work night. All you have to do is try, and a way will reveal itself for you to pointlessly stay up too late and feel tired as hell in the morning. I like to stay up late, especially on weekends, but I prefer a morning work schedule. I've done swing and graveyard and it never felt worth it, especially graveyard.

As for meat, ya it's good. I mostly stick to chicken these days, though that's mostly because meat is generally expensive and the rotisserie chickens at Costco are cheap. If a grocery store has a sale on burger or steak, sure, I'm down to clown on that stuff.

Speaking of grocery stores, that seems to be a theoretical place to meet someone that you see in movies and shows. It feels like advice that someone from my grandparents' generation would give, "oh you'll meet some nice girl at the grocery store!", not realizing how less social people are these days. Has anyone gotten a date from meeting someone at a grocery store/the gym/whatever public place? Or if not a date, maybe even just made a new friend? It feels so quaint, but I don't think I'd ask someone out I just met, unless there were heavy very obvious signs they were interested. I think the last friend I made in the wild was at a hobby shop during a Magic the Gathering prerelease four years ago. Never have had a spontaneous date come from such a chance meeting, the closest I came to that was hanging out with someone I'd just given a Lyft ride to several times back when I was still doing rideshare driving for work. I suppose that a couple of those could be quantified as dates technically.
