Taijutsu is the most physical way of training in Ninjutsu (the mental way, is Genjutsu and I wanted to learn Ninja tricks...)
Well, this was the precedent to my craziest stuff I did (when I was younger):
Climbing outside the college I was studying, to the 4th floor.

nice, i did karate for 5 years, and played basketball a bit later for about 3 years, when i was younger, i get what you mean

doing sports is a major confidence source, it helped me a lot, it made me tuffer, both physically and mentally
