Brad Vickers.
I find him way more relatable than the majority of the main RE cast. I'm a chickenheart at heart (duh) just like Brad, and it always saddened me that he could never survive the Raccoon City incident, no matter what. I was expecting Capcom to give him a different fate in RE3 Remake, but unfortunately, Brad outliving Nemesis and Raccoon City was never meant to be.

I don't think Elza was supposed to be Chris's sister, was she? I thought she was just a Raccoon City U rando with a Ducati. It was only when she morphed into Claire that she became his sister.

Well i only see Claire wear this in the released game, and Elza didn't really have a story. But heck i will take it, as this in theory one of Hideki Kamiya first characters. Would have loved to to play the full RE 1.5 experience.
