I’m curious to know which piece in your collection makes you go "wow!", and why
I'll start: for me, it's the Japanese Premium Box of Xenosaga Episode I. There's just something about the sheer amount of care put into these editions and the choice of merchandise inside them. Right alongside it, I have to mention the Japanese strategy guide, it's over 400 pages long. If I knew Japanese, I’d probably read it every single day. The attention to detail is just incredible!
Both of these items hold a special meaning for me: the Premium Box was the 50th piece in my personal collection of Japanese PS2 games (I’m currently at 193!), and the guide was the first strategy guide I ever bought. So, they both represent major milestones in my collecting journey.
I know it might sound silly, but to me, that’s the true beauty of collecting. It’s not just about hoarding games or flexing the most expensive title, but it’s about building a connection with your games, having specific memories tied to them, or simply being fascinated by their exotic look and aesthetic style. In my opinion, a collection built with heart and genuine curiosity is worth way more than one that just aims to accumulate as many titles as possible.
But enough rambling from me, what about you guys?
(sorry for my bad english ^^")

But I aim to do just that.
