For me, SpongeBob SquarePants marked my childhood; they've been running the same series for a long time, and the creator even tried to end it before he passed away, which was in the SpongeBob movie.

-Spongebob is a close second. The show just isn't the same without Stephen Hillenburg. There's still glimpses of potential in later seasons for new Spongebob to be good in its own right, but it's probably better to let the show end and put those ideas to a new IP, not that it'll ever happen. Nick will milk this cow dry.
-Teen Titans Go hasn't changed much from what I can see. It's a loud, at times spiteful parody of Teen Titans and other DC properties and for those that find that funny, it still serves its purpose. Not really my thing.
-Family Guy is still pretty funny as a dumb, edgy comedy you watch when you just wanna turn your brain off and watch something silly. But I also still think Borderlands 2 and 2010's SMG4 is funny so perhaps my opinion is irrelevant.
-The Simpsons is by far the most pointless to keep running. The show's original purpose was to subvert the tropes of the typical family sitcom of the time, but it eventually became the template for mainstream sitcoms. After that, the show mostly ran out of ideas and never found a new niche.

Probably The Simpsons... and here's why:

They are not relatable anymore.

Their whole charm was that they could either be you or someone you knew, but now they do nothing but travelling the world on a whim or meeting with celebrities as if they were on a first-name basis. That's alien to me and 99% of the world's population and they come across as caricatures rather than beloved characters... even if I still watch the show out of inertia.

Ten years ago I noticed The Simpsons was on and I thought, wow I haven't seen that show in forever what's it like now? And it was a bunch of Family Guy like cut a way gags. Like Bart and Lisa suddenly turning into a game of Q-Bert for no reason. I have no idea why it's still on the air. Only contrarians claim they still watch it. And you know they don't actually watch it. I've heard that many of the Voice Actors are now actually too old to keep doing the voices and the quality continues to slip further and further.

Teen Titans Go. That show should have never aired in the first place. SpongeBob should've ended after the first movie- I haven't seen a good episode of that since 2004. The Simpsons is usually garbage but very occasionally they can manage a good episode (I actually liked the one from a few years ago where they made of fun of Morrissey), but that series lost it's dignity before I could get a Fox station to even come in where I lived. Family Guy I think should've ended around 2011 or so- around that time it became increasingly clear that everyone involved was tired of working on it.

Well... Teen Titans Go would lead to a few good episodes and gave us Teen Titans Go! To the Movies, which definitely proved that Horvath and Jelenic's comedic take on the New Teen Titans could work. The Simpsons, though nowhere near as good as it was from Seasons 2 - 13, is definitely in a better place than it previously was; not great, but nicely watchable. So ultimately, Family Guy as most of the crew there care more about American Dad, where most of their effort and quality writing skills go, and Spongebob Squarepants, because though I admit it still has staying power, it's being milked far beyond the point of no return.

Besides, there are much worse shows out there that are still going on despite the fact that nobody wants them barring vocal minorities of tiktok baddies and Users.
