As for the 2D games, Super Mario Advanced and Super Mario land are my favorites; Also shoutout to Mario 3D Land, that game is fantastic, the most fun I had with a Mario game since galaxy

I just love most of the series so it's hard to pick, but I voted for Luigi's Mansion for its uniqueness. Plus Luigi is adorable getting scared all the time.

Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World

Best 2D platformer package ever!

Mario 3 and Mario 64 are my favorites (couldn’t stand 4-63), with 3D World in third place.
I could never really get into Mario World, and I’m not sure why. I don’t dislike it, I’ve just always felt like it’s a step back from 3, but then again I didn’t grow up on it but played a ton of Mario 3 on All-Stars. Better looking than World, too.
