Which ATLUS Game is the best in your opinion?

I really like SMT II because nothing has quite captured the aesthetic of it. A post-apocalypse ruled over by a theocracy. You and a handful of friends are genetically modified clones of Abrahamic figures. You kill the higher ups of the church either to rebel against them or because they weren't pious enough for God. Also, you get to fight the King Frost with the better design.

10/10. Best video game ever. Game of the Year of 1994.

gonna have to say Baroque, i personally like the ps2 remake. but if we're talking SMT, i'll go for strange journey. not the 3ds version though, the extra content just kills the pacing.

I'm sorry if I'm making confusion with Atlus published / Atlus developed.

I would like to name "Stella Deus" for ps2, probably my first Atlus game along with "Riviera The Promised Land", played on a gba emu and then bought when I got a ds. Those games, along with "Odin Sphere" (bought day-one on ps2 and completed 100%) made me love all Atlus and also almost all VanillaWare titles, and sometimes I just look at the list on wikipedia to see if there's some game I've forgotten about them.

Another one of my favourites is "Knights in the Nightmare" (both on ds and psp), I played it twice, but honestly it's hard to choose just one.

Also, I'm probably one of the very few people who haven't played the Persona / Shin Megami series, because I don't like very much the dark plots and those reference to demons, devils and so on. Sure, I may be missing on great rpgs, especially for Persona 4 and 5, but the setting does not attract me much.

About the opening post, I haven't played "Metaphor Refantazio" because I don't own the consoles.

Devil Survivor 1 and Strange Journey, with Nocturne and IV following close behind. The rest are average to garbage in quality.
Also I don't consider any games that are only published by Atlus as Atlus games at all.

sole hackers on the sega saturn
it is the soul best atlus game
hardeehohohohohoho
the setting reminds me of the harbour city i grew up in, the art direction, music, and characters are so to my liking you would think i was dancing on kaneko and okada's shoulders while the game was being made
There's a 3DS port of this—it has voice acting and everything.

Devil Survivor 1
Devil Survivor Series are my favorite games to play on Android Phones and Tablets.

Perfect screens for such inventive interface.
So elegant and avant gard, as far as HUD design and in-game technologies.

Did you play the DS games only or did you try the Overclocked versions as well?

Yeah, same here—my favorite YouTuber, Marsh, made a video about it.

Dudeee I had completely forgot about this amazing dungeon crawler.

I love the possibility of storing loot when you make it out alive lol.

Pretty addictive game cycle.
Very recommended game.
And it does not need of touchscreen at least not much, when I played it I was using a ChromeCast with DraStic and a ps4 controller with touch capabilities but I recall selecting the game because of lack of touch features provided I would be playing on a TV.
