Google lens says it is Fairy Kitty no Kaiun Jiten: Yousei no Kuni no Uranai ShugyouMy current one is a random gif I found on tenor. I have tried to find out more about it, but I have failed in doing so. I can't seem to find the original on tenor anymore, either. I had to re-size it for it to work as my pfp, so I don't have the original file.
My previous one was a screengrab from the Hello Kitty x Gundam crossover miniseries:

Cool Picture and Pixel Art I see you are a Man of culture as well anyway I don't know why but by the person on the left I had to think about this guy first from MorrowingAfter re-reading the Neuromancer I started to have ideas for a cyberpunk crew so I painted this as "concept art" and then I re-painted this dude in "more detailed pixel version" way to study pixel art further:

I had a generic reasoning about it that he is "master of cyberspace" that is formed by digital networks like spiderwebs and he is a hacker who prefers stealth so it seemed he having spider legs makes sense. I imagined him walking on the ceiling and buildings to infiltrate places and all, and also staying away from direct danger during gunfights to deal with enemies. I also wanted to come up with a different cyberpunk character because yeah in the genre people having artificial limbs to be "more than human" but they are always plain humanoid or something like that which is one of my disappointments in Cyberpunk 2077 game that is so simple shallow representation of the genre when there are way more than this for the genre. I was like "why they don't have spider legs and even wings?". I can even go more and come up with generic "his body turns into motobike" stuff too and this is how I would imagine a cyberpunk universe.Cool Picture and Pixel Art I see you are a Man of culture as well anyway I don't know why but by the person on the left I had to think about this guy first from Morrowing

Don't know his name
but to be honest the Legs of the Person look more akin to the Spider Monks ? from Star Wars

One of my friends went to Berlin for university study (she always had a thing for German culture) and loved so much she wanted to stay there but she started to complain how her life got so hard after being a citizen. In reality she didn't listen to our warnings, she was young and therefore too idealistic to accept how life in Germany would be which she started to notice how hard it is for her after a long time by getting older and losing her idealistic self to the necessary realistic self. At the time she mentioned how strict German rules are and it was part of why she returned to her own country for good. After the romantical dream for Germany faded away she started to see the ugly side of Germany she couldn't live with as she got older. Also not throwing away your Trash into the right trash can at least throw him into the brown trash can for Biological waste...Oh damn the German in me just came out for a moment.
Oy you have a Loicense for that Complain could also be applied to Germany as we have very strict rules and high fines for breaking rules especially regarding separating trash,as far as I heard they use now AI scanners to check if you did separate your trash correctly or suffer a high fine oh how great that they look at China and the CCP and think you know what it would be nice if we had it here.I had a generic reasoning about it that he is "master of cyberspace" that is formed by digital networks like spiderwebs and he is a hacker who prefers stealth so it seemed he having spider legs makes sense. Damn I couldn't live in such a country and I kinda like how a "controlled wild west" my country is. Instead of dead-set rules being enforced on citizens here we only care about if anything actually did hurt something or not in a significant manner. Otherwise we follow common sense and we are good. If we had to enforce strict rules here the sense of freedom that is engraved in our genes would be activated and enforce a civil war lol. Because of these I cannot imagine myself living in America, Europe and Asia.
