Today on Cooking with Lee we'll teach you how to make pasta all'amatriciana, it's surprisingly easy even for beginners!

-First boil the pasta for some 7ish minutes until it becomes al dente, it shouldnt be mushy. I'll use bucatini but you can use everything

-In a separate pan fry a fistful of pancetta or guanciale on medium-low heat (you can use bacon, I won't tell). No need to add oil as they will fry in their own fat.

-Stir so it wont burn! Add a chili peppers. If you want to you may drizzle some red wine on it

-Add pelati (tomato sauce for pasta) and mix, add a pinch of salt and a bit of pepper, cook on medium heat for some 5-10 minutes

-Add the pasta in the pan, mix well and cook for 5ish minutes

-Enjoy! (cheese is optional)
