Something you can always rely on to make you feel better, even if only a little bit. "Family" and "friends" are a very valid answer, but if that is your answer, are there any things outside of that for you?

Besides my loved ones, it's water. Floating in water, relaxing in water, etc. It's just... very soothing.

A Nice anime resume next to a snack always does the trick after a bad day, if i want some variety, i listen to some Weird Al or whatever my randomized playlist spits

Same, except I put it off as much as possible, like I forget that zen cleaning state exists till it happens again.
