I'm here with the united egg fans. I have chickens that are treated like pets more than livestock and they are allowed to free range under supervision. The taste comparison between free range and store bought eggs is immense.

Chilaquiles verdes
Fried tortilla chips (totopos) are bathed in a sauce made of green tomato, cilantro, garlic and onion (the salsa really depends on who makes it) and are mixed until the tortilla chips are a bit softer, then you add pulled chiken, a bit of cheese (typically queso de mesa or some other crubly cheese) and sour cream
Also a cup of coffee and side of refried beans, some scrambled eggs, and a 'birote' (bread)

My family's breakfast has always consisted of:
- tea
- khubz (flatbread)
- either cream cheese, triangular cheese, fried eggs, boiled eggs, or yogurt.

In my house they are eaten with Queso Ranchero (Like panela cheese, but sour) and rice, but for meals

I don't have time in the morning on most days for anything elaborate, so usually it's coffee, banana, and one of the following: cereal, oatmeal, muffin, or danish (depending on what I have at home). But if we're talking about ideal, as in what I would have if I could? That's a bit more complex:

• freshly cooked waffle with whip cream, choco syrup, pecans, sliced banana, fresh raspberries & strawberries
• hash browns mixed with chives & sour cream
• sausage, either beef or turkey (or even both)
• scrambled eggs with mushroom powder and soy sauce
• steel cut oatmeal (freshly cooked; none of that instant horse☠☢☣☥) with maple syrup and blueberries
• avocado on Asiago bagel
• large coffee with toasted almond syrup and cream

It's a bit much, but I haven't been to a breakfast buffet in some time and have been craving it.
