Is there any meal you have specifically because you need something healthy in your diet? It doesn't necessarily need to be an elaborate recipe, just something that's as natural or "wholesome" as it gets.

Me? I try to have simple salads and rice dishes at least twice a week to offset the devilishly convenient nature of "just zap" microwave meals and fried food.

I like to think it helps.

I usually do jump days throughout the week.
Buy ready made house salads with canned sardines, banana & avacado, vegetable rice and sliced chicken, So i'll buy these exact ingredients and eat them lets say... Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday. the other days not mentioned, pretty unhealthy lol.

Mix this with protein powder, flax, pumpking, and hemp seeds, and it'll taste just like ice cream. Ice cream that'll turn you in Arnold Schwarzenegger, but ice cream nonetheless. Replaces pretty much everything from oatmeal to cereal, literally the breakfast of champions.

When I feel sick the thing that always recover me is a chicken rice soup. Simply boil beef bones, chicken, carrots, leeks, etc. for a few hours, then strain the liquid and cook the rice in it. Once the rice is cooked, chop some of the carrot and some of the chicken, add it to the soup and you're done.

You can add or change ingredients according to your taste. The most usual combinations include potatos, pasta, onions, celery, chickpeas,...

I do eat Tomatoes as they are good against high blood pressure I read.
what I do is toast some bread and slice some tomatoes and lay it on it
I wanted to post a picture but all of them where with butter or mayonnaise on it which I don't add I eat them plainly on the Toast.

I also eat apples for my Hearth and Knäckebrot for my stomach.

its as dry and tasteless as it looks.
but even that can be combined with salad and tomatoes
I also sometimes eat putenbrust on it.

Regarding Toast I also eat very dark one

Peanut butter once a day is also good for you I heard and this is why I eat it at least once a day when I don't feel to sick.

Dark Chocolate with 80-90% Cacao is also good for the hearth but only one slice don't know you would say Eine Rippe Schokolade one piece of Chocolate perhaps.

Linsen Suppe is also normally easy to stomach.

I don't have a particular meal to relieve my diet, But if it comes down to mention healthy foods, Then these would be:

Lentil soup - An easy to make soup and it's also very cheap, You may add ingredients to your liking but it's quite simple to complement.

Next one is a beef soup, Alternatively it can also be chicken soup - You add several ingredients, Such as carrots in pieces, Corn, Several potato pieces, Rice and some cilantro and it obviously has 1 or 2 garlic cloves:

Last one I would add to the list are the Empalmes - These ones are intrinsically 2 tortillas placed one over the other, And between them you add beans, That would be the first and foremost ingredient, And you can add the meat you want, I usually have these along Asadero cheese inside and some other ingredients, And you cook them so that the tortillas get more crispy texture and put the ingredients inside and connect the 2 tortillas, Like a hamburger whose ingredients won't fall.

we have this afghan restaurant near the my house, I gave it a try since I like to find new food to eat, their food is the really healthy and cheap, you can get a meal that will make you really full for 2$, I mainly eat their white rice cuz it taste amazing

I honestly don't eat a lot of junk....
Pizza is a maybe two maybe three times a month thing. Most of the time, I have baked chicken homemade soup, or as @Waffles said, salads with very minimal amounts of dressing, just enough for a little flavor.

Actually, a lot of times I’ll put a little olive oil and lemon mix as a dressing, spritzed on.
As for the aforementioned soup, 99% of the time it's vegetable soup, sometimes veggie pasta made from carrots and zucchini. (I have one of those pasta makers)

If we're talking about stuff I don't like but I eat because they're healthy: Bananas. They're kinda gross and sometimes give me indigestion. Otherwise, I think I've found a good balance of healthy food that I enjoy eating.

I used to force myself to eat bran cereal, but I've actually grown quite used to eating it nowadays. Especially with a small portion of fruit, like apple or blueberries, on top.

What works for me is eating mostly whole foods and keeping my diet varied. I eat junk food about once a week and on holidays or at parties. Even then, I try to pair it with vegetables or something healthier. I never eat things like chips or chocolate on their own.
