Forever games are really interesting to me. The game you can see yourself playing forever. What's yours? Bonus points if it's not a multiplayer or online game.

Binding of Isaac because I have been playing that game for years now and I barely make any progress in it lol
Respect, I quit after a couple hundred hours but I'll always have it installed on my Deck!

I love Gran Turismo 4, the driving is great and it has thousands of hours of content to enjoy. Plus, the music and menus have a really zen vibe

Honestly Final Fantasy XIII, It's terrifyingly ahead of it's time. Without rambling about it, It made me realize that I've been playing all games like they're face down cards, and now it's like oooooh THAT'S why they put that mechanic in, or oh they CHOSE this way to tell a story among other ways! ...Which sounds really vague.

For me its Castlevania SoTN. I have played through it more times than i can count and its a default game if i don't know what to play. It is the only game that I have ever gone out of my way to 100% complete even getting all of the mob drops. When I found out that it had a Saturn release with some new areas I starting my foray into Saturn emulation just so I could play and 100% it.

SoTN is my vijigame spirit animal.

In terms of fighters, Street Fighter III 3rd Strike. I can play the game any day of the week and have a great time.

For non-fighters, either Metal Gear Solid 1, Castlevania SotN, or a childhood favorite, Pokémon Emerald. All three of these hold a special place in my heart.

I read "Datt Japan" and suddenly was sucked into a black hole back into the year 2008 where "dat ass" memes were common

*Nuclear throne!* The Vita version has a bug that disallows you from winning (and Sony refused to publish the fix, according to its makers), and the Windows version has vertical sync issues, but oh my... In love with the game!

Others include:
- Mappy on arcade,
- Gyruss, Ducks ahoy, and Commando on the Commodore 64,
- Kirby's first game on the gameboy (my commute game),
- Metal Gear Ghost Babel on the GBC, and
- Balatro, Gun rounds and Gurgle (Wordle clone) on my phone,
- TMNT turtles in time, super metroid on SNES.
- IBM's Alley Kat on the old 386 (emulated), and (lastly)
- MGS VR missions, and Final Fantasy Vagrant Story on the Playstation.
