Might be cheating, using five cards as one, but I've always thought Exodia was so damn cool, both design and gimmick.
Frogs dont mess around, The archtype of terror.
Convulsion of Nature is definitely a fun one. I like Self-Destruct Button for that, too.My answer for this is very complicated. It's always been really hard for me to even pick a handful of favorites, especially based on just design, so here's what I feel comfortable picking:

This card is so beautifully completely and utterly useless, that it loops around and becomes useful again by the virtue of how confusing it is. This card has won me games in casual matches because of how thrown off my opponent was that I decided to play this card of all things. It's absolutely hilarious.

The incredible difference this card makes just by being on the field is astounding. It completely changes the way both you and your opponent have to play, and I absolutely love this card to death.
In terms of design:

I mean come on, just look at it.
Some other honorable mentions worth bringing up for me:
The Gravekeeper's, Cyber Dragon, Crystal Beast, Blue-Eyes, Red-Eyes, and Dark Magician archetypes have many of my favorite cards both in terms of design and playstyle. Some of my favorite staples from my time of playing include Mystical Space Typhoon, Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute, Honest, Compulsory Evacuation Device, and Dark Hole, and I will always have a soft spot for them.
