i love the choa garden from sonic adventure 2. it's one of my 2 favorite parts of the game.
the nes games in animal crossing [gcn]
the auction house from tactics advance 2: grimoire of the rift are pretty exciting.
mission mode from pikmin 3, but i don't think that counts here.

Blackjack and Poker minigames are my favorite. Still getting the hang on Mahjong.

I also liked to play Caravan in New Vegas, i play it irl too.

I absolutely loved the combat arena in God of War 2, 3, and Ghost of Sparta. There's something magical about being able to select which enemies to spawn and having total control over the different modifiers.

Voltorb Flip, Pokémon Heartgold and Soulsilver. It's like a cross between minesweeper and picross. It replaced the slots from the previous Pokémon games, which I also enjoyed. But personally, I spent more time than I'd like to admit on Voltorb Flip.
