I absolutely Love the Street Fighter EX game's and their soundtrack :D
another one I think is really sweet is Jumping Flash.

Street fighter Ex has the iconic theme "Spinning bird"
and jumping flash got "distant cosmos" that I love a lot :)

While File City from Digimon World is one of my favorite tracks... I gotta say everything about Chrono Cross's OST is perfection. That and the visuals elevate the game from greatness to spectacle.

Chrono Cross has great compositions all around. Einhander, Wipeout 3 and Ghost in the Shell are worthy mentions.

Came here to put up Chrono Cross and FFIX.

Cross in particular just felt like such a vibe - the souteastern asian/island vibes are off the charts. And then it'll dip into some Celtic stuff or traditional JRPG themes. It's all over, and it's great. Here's one of my faves:
