I don't think there's any track I loathe.
Out of each installment that I've played (Super, DS, Wii, 7), my least favorite would probably go to "Shroom Ridge" from DS because it's kinda dull (Music is alright, but I love the final lap version).

Off the top of my head, I gotta go with Mario Kart 8's N64 Rainbow Road. What were they thinking with that one? The entire race lasts a minute.

Grumble Volcano
That course is literally hell. I actively try to avoid playing on that course. I was very angry when it returned in MK8.
It’s also visually unappealing and besides being very frustrating, it’s also boring.

I never liked Mushroom Gorge growing up. Maybe because, when I was a kid, it was one of the few MKWii tracks that required a little skill, which I lacked
