Simplicity is an art form.
One that, while not quite extinct yet, is critically endangered across videogaming (at least among major studios), and has been for a very long time.
For that reason, I want you to tell me all about those games that show us that there's a lot of beauty to playing something whose sole purpose is to entertain in the most basic way possible.
I'm personally going with Snake because I liked it so much, I used to steal my sister's Nokia 1100 just to play it a little more each and every day (and you can imagine the kind of shitstorm that brewed). It was simply worth the fighting that ensued and I can still have some honest fun with it.
